What happens after you beat the elite 4 in Pokemon Diamond / Pearl?

I wanted to get diamonds, but when I'm gone the store where they were sold. But they have used a little gem for $ 18 if I have pearl. After you beat the Elite Four, you need to go see all the Pokemon in the Dex Shinnoh (except Manaphy). To see Palkia, you must go to Celestic City. After seeing all 150, go talk to Rowan, and he and Oak will give you the National Dex and Poke Radar. You'll also be able to access this great island, you can visit the Fight Area, Battle Tower, Resort Area, get the Super Rod, catches new Pokémon, battle your rival again, and much more.
